Faith Content Network Simulcast License Agreement 2022 

For IT'S CHRISTMAS AGAIN



 

This AGREEMENT establishes the commitment, expectations, and agreement between the organization listed at the end of this document ("Host Site") and Faith Content Network, a limited liability company at 188 Front Street Ste 116-73 Franklin, TN 37064.

 

Host Site Obligations

1.    Ticketing Expectations

a)    Host site understands they are agreeing to serve as a ticketed location for a film showing. Any showing outside of this permission will be deemed a violation of the agreement. Any concerns or questions concerning your agreement should be immediately directed to Faith Content Network.

 

b)    Host site agrees that each attendee will purchase a ticket to attend the movie.  In order for the movie link to be sent a minimum of 10 tickets must be purchased prior to the movie link being emailed to the host coordinator.  


c)    Host Site acknowledges that other churches in their area may choose to host the Event and Faith Content Network will not impose geographic boundaries. If a host site needs to establish a limited geographic radius around their event, please contact Faith Content Network.

 

2. Personnel

 

a)    The Host Site agrees to assign an overall coordinator (herein referred to as the “Host Site Coordinator”) who will work with a Faith Content Network representative in overseeing all aspects of the Event including all communications with Faith Content Network.

 

b)    Required Personnel. Host sites agree to have the following positions filled for the event.

 

i.               Host Site Coordinator is responsible for the overall event management and planning, the Host Site Coordinator is also responsible for day of hosting (or appointing someone else to fill that role).

 

ii.              Technical Coordinator oversees all the technical areas of the event, including all pre-event testing, audio/video, and day-of live stream. This person must have working knowledge of Host Site’s AV Equipment and working knowledge or close communication with Host Site’s IT Department. This person MUST BE ONSITE during the live Simulcast Event.

  

c)    The Host Site will communicate contact information for their personnel, and any significant changes in their team as soon as possible to Faith Content Network ([email protected]).

 

3. Cancelations

 

a)    If a conflict arises, Host Site agrees to contact Faith Content Network immediately. Faith Content Network will work with the church in finding a later date to host the event, if possible.

 

b)    If the broadcast of the Event is substantially prevented by reason of an act of God, strike, lockout, law, regulation or ordinance, war or terrorism, or by any other circumstance beyond the control of Faith Content Network, the failure of such performance will be excused and this Agreement deemed suspended during the continuation of such circumstance. Faith Content Network will make reasonable efforts to provide a program similar to the Event at a later date of the Host site’s choosing. The substitution may be in the format of an online archive video stream, rather than a live production.

 

4. Facilities

 

a)    The Host Site will provide a gathering area with seating, lighting, sound, and projection environments conducive to broadcasting the Event.

 

5. Technical

 

a)    Faith Content Network will host multiple streaming tests. The Host Site is required to test at least ONE time prior to the event on an offered testing day/time and ensure picture and sound quality are adequate for the Event. Recommended bandwidth for streaming is 20 Mbps down.

 

b)    The Host Site should have a dedicated, closed internet connection for the Event. It is not recommended to stream the event over WIFI. It is recommended to use a hard line/ Ethernet cable to your streaming computer.

 

i.               Dedicated. The Host Site should use a dedicated internet connection.

 

c)    If needed, Host Site agrees to purchase, install, and/or upgrade the Internet connection in order to properly broadcast the Event at their facility.

 

d)    The Host Site Technical Coordinator will confirm via email and in coordination that the Host Site can receive, and properly project, the Internet streaming video feed in the gathering area planned for the Event.

 

6. Communications

 

a)    Host Sites may contact Faith Content Network via email [email protected] or phone 1-800-873-0880.


b)    The Host Site agrees to receive e-mail updates from Faith Content Network as needed.

 

c)    The Host Site will communicate with Faith Content Network to work through problems or issues before the Event.

 

d)    At the conclusion of the Event, Faith Content Network will email a site survey. Host Sites agree to answer these questions truthfully and return promptly.

 

7. Broadcast

 

a)    The Host Site agrees that it is prohibited to record, reproduce, or distribute the broadcast, or any portions of it, for internal or external use without express written consent from Faith Content Network.

 

Faith Content Network Event Obligations

 

8. Promotion

 

a)    Faith Content Network will list the Host Site online and provide as much information on that site as is available.

 

b)    Faith Content Network will provide downloadable promotional resources online.

 

9. Technical

 

a)    Faith Content Network will assign the host site a customer service representative to assist in properly setting up the movie.

 

b)    Faith Content Network will provide a high-quality video stream and technical assistance throughout the movie.

 

c)    Faith Content Network will provide a stream test with technical support prior to the movie.

 

d)    In:ciite Events will make technical support available the day of the movie via online group chat, phone, and email.

 

 

10. Additional Terms

 

a)    If the broadcast of the movie is substantially prevented by reason of an act of God, strike, lockout, law, regulation or ordinance, war or terrorism, or by any other circumstance beyond the control of Faith Content Network, the failure of such performance will be excused and this Agreement deemed suspended during the continuation of such circumstance. Faith Content Network will make reasonable efforts to efforts to refund tickets to your movie event or reschedule the movie for another date.
